Set of 4 rare dining chairs mod. 905 designed by Vico Magistretti for Cassina in the ’60s. Black laquered wooden structure with red brick & black leather seat and backrest. Pretty good condition: the wooden structures have been partially restored and refinshed. The 4 backrest support bands have been remade as original. All other leather parts are original but show visible signs of wear, such as stains, scratches, and light cracks. The leather parts have been washed and treated with a dedicated product. One armchair has defects on the lower part of the seat: one of the two layers of leather forming the seat has sagged slightly.
The refined design of this model gives the chairs a strong sculptural value and a versatile ability to adapt to the most varied uses (dining chairs, office chairs, waiting room chairs, etc.).
